Multi-Licensed Associate (Real Estate · Mortgage · Insurance)
One posting for all three licenses. Bring a real-estate, mortgage, or insurance license — or more than one — and start producing in the line you hold today. We help you add the others over time so the whole transaction stays in-house.
Who this role is for
Alliance is a single firm across three lines — real estate, mortgage, and insurance. This is one role that fits any of them. Apply if you hold an active license in any one of:
- · Real estate (Sales Associate / Broker Associate / REALTOR®)
- · Mortgage (NMLS-licensed Loan Originator)
- · Insurance (personal- or commercial-lines producer or broker)
Already carry two or all three? Even better — you step straight into the highest-earning configuration, owning more of each transaction.
What you'll do
- · Produce in the line you're licensed in today — list and sell, originate, or write and bind.
- · Hand off (or capture) the adjacent lines inside the same firm: a listing becomes a loan becomes a homeowners policy, all under one file.
- · Work warm, in-house referrals instead of cold leads — every Alliance transaction feeds the next line at the moment of close.
- · Own the client relationship across the Alliance 7-step process, from first contact through post-close stewardship and renewals.
Add a license with us
The most durable producers carry more than one license — when rates move, originations dip but listings and policies persist. Alliance actively funds the path:
- · Licensure coaching — we map your route from one license to two or three.
- · SAFE Act PE/CE reimbursement for approved candidates pursuing the mortgage license.
- · Sponsorship filings with NMLS, state real-estate commissions, and the NIPR producer database.
- · Mentorship with Dr. Tannous, multi-licensed across mortgage, real estate, and insurance in all 5 Alliance states.
Requirements
- · Active license in at least one of real estate, mortgage, or insurance in at least one Alliance state (FL, GA, MD, PA, or TX).
- · Willingness to pursue the adjacent licenses over time (encouraged and supported, not required on day one).
- · Comfort in modern software: CRM, IDX / comparative rater, document portal, e-signature.
- · Where you serve more than one line on the same deal, the state must allow combined representation with written consent — all 5 Alliance states do.
- · Commitment to the Alliance 7-step process and client-first ethics.
Compensation
Competitive splits with no desk fees and no franchise royalties — production-based tiers. Earn across every line you're licensed in: real-estate commission, mortgage origination comp, and commission on written and renewed premium. W-2 or 1099 options. The full Alliance tech stack — IDX, CRM, document portal, e-sign, and AI assistants — is paid by the brokerage.
Prefer the line-specific detail?
This is one posting for every candidate. If you want the deep detail for your specialty, see the mortgage, real-estate, and insurance pages — each rolls up into this same Multi-Licensed Associate role.
