Insurance Producer

Write, service, AND place coverage — homeowners, flood, auto, life, and commercial lines — for clients who arrive ready to bind, sourced from Alliance's own mortgage and real-estate desks instead of cold lists.

One seat covers both insurance capacities. Whether your state license has you producing (writing and servicing policies as a producer/agent) or placing risk as a broker across a full carrier panel, this is the role — and you can do both here.

What you'll do

  • · Quote, write, and service personal lines — homeowners, flood, auto, umbrella, and life — for buyers moving through the Alliance pipeline.
  • · Place and broker coverage across multiple carriers — including commercial lines — and present clients an apples-to-apples quote set from one console.
  • · Bind policies at mortgage close so escrow pricing is locked and the buyer isn't scrambling for coverage.
  • · Own the book end to end: endorsements, renewals, and annual coverage reviews under Alliance's post-close stewardship.
  • · Document everything in the Alliance portal so the same file follows the client from offer to renewal.

Requirements

  • · Active insurance producer or broker license in at least one of FL, GA, MD, PA, or TX.
  • · Appointments with (or the ability to obtain appointments with) personal- and commercial-lines carriers.
  • · 1+ year writing or placing personal or commercial lines, or a proven sales background willing to pursue licensure.
  • · E&O insurance (we can coordinate).
  • · Comfort in modern software: CRM, comparative rater, electronic-signature workflows.
  • · Commitment to the Alliance 7-step process and client-first ethics.

Compensation

Commission on written and renewed premium with tiered splits based on production. W-2 or 1099 options. No desk fees, no technology fees — the lead flow comes from Alliance's mortgage and real-estate transactions.
