Position Overview
Alliance Realty & Financial Services, Inc. is seeking both newly licensed and experienced Real Estate Brokers and Sales Associates who are motivated to grow their business within a technology-enabled brokerage platform. This opportunity is designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want the flexibility of an independent real estate practice while benefiting from structured operational support, integrated mortgage resources, and scalable income opportunities.
The Real Estate Broker/Sales Associate will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. The role requires strong sales ability, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while managing transactions from initial consultation through closing.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial real estate.
Conduct market analysis and research to determine property values, trends, and competitive positioning.
Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, financing considerations, and investment potential.
Prepare and review listing agreements, purchase contracts, and related transaction documentation.
Negotiate purchase terms and transaction conditions on behalf of clients.
Coordinate showings, open houses, inspections, and client consultations.
Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and transactions within company systems.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other industry partners.
Ensure all transactions comply with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies.
Deliver consistent, high-quality service throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field preferred.
Active real estate license required in one or more of the following states:
Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or Texas.Previous real estate sales or brokerage experience preferred but not required for motivated new agents.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common real estate transaction platforms or CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Alliance Realty & Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support real estate brokers and sales associates in managing the operational, administrative, and transaction-related components of real estate activities. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple aspects of real estate transactions while maintaining excellent client communication.
The Licensed Real Estate Assistant plays a key role in ensuring transactions move efficiently from listing or contract to closing. Responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating communication between parties, supporting marketing initiatives, and assisting agents with day-to-day operational tasks.
This position offers a flexible, remote working structure and the opportunity to gain deeper exposure to brokerage operations, transaction management, and real estate marketing within a growing, multi-state brokerage platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to real estate brokers and sales associates.
Manage scheduling, appointments, calendars, and client communications.
Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of listing agreements, purchase contracts, disclosures, and other transaction documents.
Coordinate communication between clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other transaction participants.
Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, inspections, and client meetings.
Maintain and update CRM systems, client databases, and property listing platforms.
Conduct market research and compile information on property values, neighborhood trends, and comparable listings.
Assist with marketing initiatives including listing promotions, digital marketing materials, and social media management.
Monitor transaction timelines and assist in ensuring all required documentation and compliance steps are completed.
Ensure adherence to all applicable real estate laws, brokerage policies, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver responsive, professional customer service to clients throughout the transaction process.
