5-Week Mortgage Licensing & Origination Training Program
For candidates not yet licensed or those seeking additional practical training, Alliance Realty & Financial Services provides a structured five-week professional training program designed to accelerate entry into the mortgage industry.

Preparation for the NMLS SAFE exam

Core Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Mortgage Structuring
Conduct borrower consultations to evaluate financial profiles, credit capacity, and financing objectives.
Analyze income, assets, liabilities, and credit history to determine loan eligibility.
Educate clients on available mortgage programs including conventional, government-backed, jumbo, and specialized loan products.

Loan Origination & Transaction Management
Collect and review borrower documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Submit loan applications through approved lending partners.

Business Development & Relationship Building

Licensing & Qualifications
Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license preferred in one or more of the following states:

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

Independent Contractor Structure
