    Position Overview

    Alliance Realty & Financial Services, Inc. is seeking experienced professionals who hold both an active real estate license and mortgage loan originator license to serve as Dual-Licensed Real Estate & Mortgage Associates..

    This role is designed for professionals who want to operate within a fully integrated real estate and financing platform, allowing clients to navigate the home buying, selling, and financing process through a single trusted advisor.

    The Dual-Licensed Advisor provides guidance across the entire transaction lifecycle—from property search and contract negotiation to mortgage origination and closing coordination. By combining real estate brokerage services with mortgage expertise, this position enables a more efficient, transparent, and client-centered experience.

    The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and capable of managing both real estate and mortgage workflows while maintaining strict regulatory compliance in each discipline.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Advisory & Transaction Management

    Guide clients through both the real estate and financing components of residential transactions.

    Provide strategic advice regarding property selection, financing options, and overall affordability.

    Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

    Coordinate real estate showings, offer preparation, and purchase negotiations.

    Manage financing discussions, loan structuring, and mortgage application processes.

    Mortgage Origination

    Assist clients in evaluating mortgage options and financing strategies.

    Collect borrower documentation and manage the loan application process.

    Submit loan files to lenders and coordinate with processors and underwriters.

    Communicate loan milestones and approval updates to clients and transaction parties.

    Ensure all mortgage activities comply with federal and state lending regulations.

    Real Estate Brokerage Services

    Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations.

    Prepare and review purchase agreements, listing contracts, and related disclosures.

    Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines.

    Maintain compliance with state real estate regulations and brokerage policies.

    Integrated Client Experience

    Leverage Alliance’s integrated platform to streamline transactions.

    Identify efficiencies where real estate and financing workflows can be aligned.

    Ensure clients receive a seamless experience across both services.

    Maintain high standards of service, transparency, and communication.

    Qualifications

    Active Real Estate License in the state where services are performed.

    Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License with NMLS registration.

    Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and mortgage underwriting fundamentals.

    Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

    Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

    High level of organization and attention to regulatory compliance.

    Entrepreneurial mindset and self-directed work ethic.

    Preferred Experience

    Experience operating in both real estate brokerage and mortgage origination environments.

    Prior production as a licensed real estate agent and loan originator.

    Familiarity with CRM systems, digital transaction management platforms, and mortgage LOS systems.

    Understanding of investment properties, refinancing strategies, and first-time buyer programs.

    Compensation Structure

    Compensation is performance-based and transaction-driven.

    Advisors may earn revenue from both:

    • Real estate brokerage commissions
    • Mortgage origination compensation

    The integrated model allows dual-licensed professionals to capture value across both components of the transaction.

    Additional performance incentives and revenue-sharing opportunities may be available depending on production and contribution to company growth initiatives.
