Job Summary: The Real Estate Broker/Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commerical properties. This role involves conducting market research, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct market research to determine property values and market trends.
Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and other related matters.
Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
Maintain and update client databases and property listings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
Valid real estate license required. FL, GA, MD, PA, and TX Only.
Previous experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and tasks.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Job Summary: The Licensed Real Estate Assistant will support real estate agents and brokers in managing daily administrative tasks, client interactions, and transaction processes. This role requires a valid real estate license, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
Communicate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
Maintain and update client databases and property listings.
Conduct market research and gather information on property values, trends, and neighborhoods.
Assist in marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
